Warranty Policy

All sales are final , no refunds will be issued.

  1. Warranty Coverage

    • J&E TECHNOLOGY’s warranty policy adheres to the respective supplier’s terms and conditions.

    • Warranty service will be provided for delivery to and from the manufacturer’s Service Centre based on the supplier’s given period (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or more). For items with a warranty period of more than 1 year, J&E TECHNOLOGY will cover the first year only. After the first year, a warranty handling fee will be charged.

  2. Warranty Claims

    • Customers must send the product to any J&E TECHNOLOGY retail outlet at Puchong, Selangor, at their own cost. The return of the repaired product to the customer will also be at the customer’s cost. Alternatively, customers can choose to send and pick up the repaired product at J&E TECHNOLOGY outlets to avoid delivery fees.

    • Physical damage or cosmetic issue and software issues are not covered under the warranty.

    • For exchange or warranty purposes, customers need to WHATSAPP us with their Order No, Invoice No, Name, Contact No, Product to exchange, and Faulty Reason. Customers should contact J&E TECHNOLOGY first before shipping anything back to receive complete return instructions.

    • The product's warranty period will be according to the Invoice issue date.

    • Customers can opt to walk into J&E TECHNOLOGY to request exchange or warranty services. The invoice must be presented for verification purposes.

  3. Return & Exchange

    • Customers may request the return or exchange of products within seven (7) days from the delivery date. However, return or exchange requests may be denied if:

      • The product is damaged due to the customer's actions.

      • The product's value has significantly reduced due to use or partial consumption.

      • The product’s value has significantly reduced to the extent that it is not resalable due to the elapsed time.

      • The package of a reproducible product is damaged.

      • Other reasonable grounds based on which the request may be denied.

    • Necessary expenses such as round-trip delivery costs for the exchange or return will be borne by the party at fault.

    • Failure to indicate the return invoice number at the time of the return request may delay handling and refund proceedings.

    • If an exchange request is made and J&E TECHNOLOGY does not have the relevant product in stock, the request will be handled as a product return.

    • Customers are responsible for all costs incurred in connection with exchanges unless the exchange is due to product defects, in which case, J&E TECHNOLOGY will cover the round-trip delivery costs.

  4. Refunds

    • Refunds for products paid for by credit card will only be made by canceling the credit card transaction and will not be made in cash. The refund of the delivery charge (in the case of bundle delivery) may be made in cash after the purchase has been finalized.

    • Customers may cancel their purchase before the product is delivered. If the cancellation request is made while the product is being delivered, it will be processed through the return procedure.

    • Cancellation requests made after payment completion will be processed immediately.

    • Cancellation requests made while the product is being prepared for delivery will be processed immediately; however, if the product has already been dispatched, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip delivery charges.
